There are two people who you can look at and ask about twin flame, and both of them are aquarius.

I guess if you are a water spirit and a water-loving person, you could be aquarius twin flame. I can’t believe I’ve been the world’s only aquarian, but I guess that could be because I’m aquarius twin flame. And also, I think everyone is a water spirit and water-loving person and we are aquarius twin flames.
In addition to being the twin flame of a water spirit and a water-loving person, Aquarius can also be the twin of an elemental, too. This fact is based on the fact that Aquarius is the water spirit of the Fire element, which is the opposite of Water. He also just happens to be the twin of the Water elemental of the Water elementals.
