I love my barry eaton health department because I can literally put the three levels of self-awareness to use in the kitchen. The first level I have used is my own awareness. I think I had a very deep sleep last night. I don’t know what I was thinking or how I got there but I awoke refreshed and ready to face the day. I woke up feeling refreshed, and I’m sure I could have been in bed for a million years.

I think that the first level of awareness is also necessary for most of us: It’s a feeling of being in the present moment, of being in the right place at the right time. We need to take a breather and come back to our senses.

Barry Eaton has shown us that we can be self-aware even without a conscious effort. In a way that is similar to a meditation, it is simply a way of taking a rest before moving forward. We can see how we have taken a rest in the past and come back to our senses. It is only by being in the present moment that we are aware of the present moment.

We can’t be self-aware for very long. Like every other moment, we are stuck in our present and we should be thinking of things like “I should have just let him go to sleep”.

The reason this is so difficult is that it works in a way that we seem to avoid. This means that we can’t be aware of our own time-stabilizers. We can only have the time-stabilizers to do what we are supposed to do. This is the same reason why we can’t be aware of our own mind-sets.

The present moment is like a time-stabilizer. We can only think of things that are happening now. Anything else is just our past thought. So instead of thinking of something like, “Why did I drink the vodkas,” we can think of the past.

The purpose of this book is to provide a good introduction to the game, but it is also a pretty good introduction if you’re going to go through the basics. It doesn’t really cover the whole game, but it’s quite a good introduction if you’re looking to get started with games like the ones below.
