After an incredible holiday season, I’ve had a handful of clients ask, “How can I stay healthy?” They are often confused about what to eat and where to shop. They are looking for answers and what they’re looking for is a guide.

The main reason that I decided not to go to a doctor if I was planning on going to the hospital was due to my weight. I was thinking of going to the hospital because it was a good place to start out.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
