This blog is my journey to becoming a healthier person. I want to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle by sharing what I’ve learned about personal growth and wellness. There are so many things that I want to do to become a healthier person, one of my top goals is to help others find their own health and wellness goals.
A healthy lifestyle is one that is based on healthy eating, regular exercise, and a balanced and relaxing lifestyle. It is one that is rich in vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients that we need to be physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy. For example, if I live in Colorado, I live in a fairly high-quality city with a lot of parks and gardens.
I’m a bit of an introvert, and the fact that I have to drive to places where I know there are parks and gardens really puts a damper on my ability to want to exercise. I try to get out and walk as much as possible, but only if I have time to do so.
It used to be that I would run into my exercise buddy in the mall for a quick 10-minute run since I knew it would be safe and close to my house. However, over the past several years I have become so used to the idea of a “running buddy” that I have forgotten how to exercise or run. It’s almost like the physical act of running has become second nature for me.
I’m a bit paranoid about my pace though because while I’m able to run my arms, hands, and legs I can’t take a breath. I also have a bad habit of running before I open my eyes to other people, and when I’m not running I feel like I’m running to the end of my rope. I can’t even get out of bed at all.
There’s a lot of great art in The New Yorker that I think should be done for them. It’s an eye-opening story about being too close to the sun and being too close to the stars. The story is about taking a close look at the world around us, and how we all experience it. And while I’m at it, I think it’s worth reading a little deeper. Im going to read a little more if you’re interested.

tandem health is very much like a self-aware parallel universe, and the story is a good example of how we can learn about ourselves. The point of tandem health is really about self-awareness. So many of us look at what we’re doing and say, “Well, that can’t be good,” when really the problem is that we’re forgetting we’re in a parallel universe.
A lot of folks are already familiar with tandem health which is a self-aware parallel universe where a lot of our daily life is done on autopilot. Many of us are familiar with other self-aware parallel universes, like The Matrix, but we don’t think about them much, so we don’t think about how important we are to our own lives. If we look at our lives, we see that we are completely in control of our own lives. There are no laws or rules.
tandem health is a great example of how we are so in control of our own lives but we still get stuck in a parallel universe, and it’s so easy to forget we are running parallel to ourselves.
