Our ancestors experienced the sun’s daily cycles and weather patterns by day and night, and we have been doing the same for thousands of years. The sun’s movements through the sky and its changing phases are what make our days as well as our nights, and we simply make the most of them to ensure the health and productivity of our family, society, and ourselves.
In recent years scientists have found a way to determine which of these daily cycles are most important to each of us. The sun trine north node (and similar nodes in the Northern Hemisphere) is one of these. We can see that we have much more of a tendency to be in the winter when the suns are at its highest. This is why I have to write this blog on a Friday to be sure I don’t miss any of the sun trine events I’m going to be attending. And now for a little tip about getting a little sleep in the afternoon. If you tend to fall asleep pretty early in the afternoon and wake up at the same time every day then you might find that you fall asleep and wake up a bit later than you would like this is why I have to wake up a bit later than I would like. A little bit of sleep in the afternoon is all it takes to get a little more sleep later in the night.
This is one of those tips that might be a little bit tricky to implement and follow, but I found it to be a very good one. When I was a very lazy person and my friends and I would sometimes fall asleep early in the morning and get up at the same time every day, I would wake up a little later than I would like. This caused me to get a little bit too tired, and thus I wouldn’t be able to get through a whole day of work.
It turns out that you can actually improve your sleep by getting up earlier. The most obvious and straightforward way is getting up earlier in the morning, but there are a number of other possibilities. Some people find that the same hour each day is particularly good to sleep in. Others find that they can wake up earlier in the morning to feel more rested and energetic.
Getting up earlier is only one of the methods for getting a better night’s sleep. For some people getting up closer to the time they want to go to bed helps, and for others getting up earlier will help them feel more alert and awake when they get to bed.
