As you know, I’m a big fan of the new diet, which I recommend as an alternative to the old one, because I’m still not convinced it’s the best overall plan. I’m not sure if the changes in my body would be as dramatic as they were supposed to be, but I’m not sure about that either.

The most important change that I’ve noticed is that I’m a lot more satisfied with my food, but that’s because I’m eating more vegetables. I’m also eating less meat and no dairy. I’m also drinking more water, which I actually prefer. I’m also drinking more juice.

The old diet is definitely a low-end plan, but it is still pretty good. Im not sure if Im more satisfied, but Im definitely eating better and more vegetables, and I drink more water. I also drink more fruit juice, but Im still not sure if this is all worth the money. Im also drinking less booze. I also drink less soda. Not that it was bad before, just that I had a lot more of it before.

And I’m doing it while also avoiding caffeine, even though I did that a few years ago.

I am no longer sure which it is, because I was drinking a ton of coffee and red meat while I was on the diet, but I am sure I am going to change that. I can say that I am quite happy to go back to the old diet, because it’s not nearly as difficult to eat the way I did before. I am definitely going to try and cut down on the red meat, but I am not looking to go back to eating meat by the pound. The new diet will be much easier. I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
