I’ve been thinking about all of this for a while because I was recently diagnosed with panic health anxiety and I am so far past the point of feeling any more anxiety than I have before. I can’t even explain my anxiety to a normal person right now. I’m just not as anxious as I was before.

Well, this is an interesting question since I’ve heard that the most common reason for panic attacks is simply a lack of sleep. But when you are under stress, you may actually be experiencing a panic attack even though you have no obvious physical symptoms. But that doesn’t mean that you should panic. In fact, it may be a good idea to take a break from stress. Stress is a stress release.

I’ve actually had panic attacks just on the day that the deadline for my book deadline came up. You should take time off from work, go out for a walk, and eat nutritious food.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
