You have probably heard that you should have a little bit of extra sleep.
I think of you as the person who is trying to get enough sleep.
In my life I’ve been a morning person.I had a tendency to wake up when the sun came up.The last time I was in school was in kindergarten.When I was in college I always stayed up late.I was a night owl.Even when I was in my 20s I was trying to get more sleep.I was tired at my desk.I’d go to bed after dinner and sleep for a couple hours and then go right back to work.
I was always tired and tired but I was always hungry.My mom, my brother, was always hungry and very happy.I didn’t have any of the usual reasons for that. She said she would be happy if she were able to have a little bit of extra sleep. It was not like she was always hungry.
In the real world, even though you are tired and sleepy, it doesn’t do you any good if you don’t get enough sleep. In fact, if you don’t get enough sleep you might be more vulnerable to stress and diseases like diabetes and cancer. It’s like one of those things where there is no need for sleep. If you don’t sleep enough, your brain doesn’t get enough oxygen, you become tired.
The only thing that’s really important in deathly time-looping is to be able to get to sleep quickly. That’s why we don’t have to spend too much time chasing after the real numbers. I mean, even if you dont get to sleep fast enough, you can always sleep a little more and get to sleep without getting too tired.
A lot of people who have died from stress were so exhausted they didn’t have enough energy to get them into the next day. I know I did, even though I was so tired that I barely made it out alive.
That doesn’t mean you cant do anything to help yourself. You can make your own schedule. I would suggest taking a night to relax and then do something productive. Get a workout going. Sleep more. Work out harder.
