The fact that our mindset is so ingrained in our culture that we don’t even know what we’re doing half the time is a serious problem. We’re not aware of the effects that our actions have on our bodies, our environment, and ourselves. I don’t think we want to be this way or that we don’t have any awareness of our own health.

In order to change the way we think about health, we need to first recognize that there is a problem with our habits. And in order to change our habits, we need to recognize that the habits that we are doing are not working.

There are two things that I like to point out about our culture that we are still not aware of how many of our habits are creating problems. The first is that if we dont stop doing something, we will keep doing it. And the second is that if we dont recognize a problem we are likely to keep doing the same thing, just more of it. The problem is that were never willing to learn how to change our habits.

We need to stop doing things that are creating our own problems. The problem is that we are learning that things that we did in the past do not work. We are learning that it is easier to live life by doing things that are not the right way. The problem is that we are still not willing to learn how to change our habits. It is okay to do things that are not the right way, but we need to recognize that we are actually doing things that are not the right way.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
