I’m Katherine, a personal trainer and personal transformation coach, and I was recently a guest on the Dr. Demento podcast to talk about my health journey. You can listen to the entire podcast here. In this episode, I share with you what my health has been like over the past decade, and I start out by sharing my health mantra.

I’ve been writing about my health for years now, but I’ve never really talked about what my health has been like. For many of us, our physical health is a big deal, and most of us associate it with our bodies. I started weight training in 2006 because it was a way to get stronger, but it wasn’t until I was in my 50s that I got serious about exercising.

In 2012 the American Dietetic Association (ADA) released its new book, “Food for Life: A New Diet for the Healthy, Active, and Playful.” This book is full of nutrition guidelines for people of all ages, and there are a lot of them. The book talks about the importance of eating more fruits and vegetables, eating less sugar, and eating more lean proteins.

I started dieting in 2006 to get physical, but it was just too much for me. By the time I got to my 60s I was feeling a little bit better. I spent two weeks in a gym with my ex, and one week in an online gym. I was exhausted from the effort, but I was enjoying it. I was feeling so much better that I had decided to quit.

I’ve been a dietitian for about 10 years now, and I have had some pretty crazy weight loss and fitness experiences. I am definitely one of those people who is just happy to make good food choices and enjoy good food. I had a major food crash in early 2015 and haven’t looked back since. I have lost 25-30lbs, and I could eat anything for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And my health has improved.

I have to admit that I have been getting the feel of a lot of weight loss in a few months. Most people I know have had the same issues. I’ve tried a lot of diets and have been healthy for a number of years. Most of the time, I am losing them a lot. I look back now and see all the little things that have happened. I am losing 5 lbs a week. And I can’t even say it’s a big deal.

The reality is that for most people the body has a tendency to become more and more fat during the day. People who are very overweight can lose weight during the day, and lose it in the evening. That means there are two types of body that need more fat: fat cells and fat cells. So if you are overweight and have problems in the morning and work out, you need some fat cells. I have been using a lot of different food combinations.

The “morning” is actually a phrase that refers to eating at a different meal time than usual. This is what happens when you don’t exercise properly.

During the day, I have been doing lots of different things to try and lose weight. I do Crossfit, I do weight lifting, I do cardio and I do walking. I eat a lot of different things. At night I try and eat a very small amount of food but it usually has to be a very light meal. I usually eat a salad with a piece of fruit and a couple of almonds. This morning I had a big bowl of soup, which is usually my meal.

If you are like me, you probably don’t exercise. Like I mentioned before, CrossFit is a good idea, but even that can get out of hand. I have been at CrossFit for more than two years now and I have never lost weight. There are several reasons for that. The first is that I have never exercised the way I should have. I never exercised while the baby was in my belly. I just sort of did it. I just didn’t think about it.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
