It’s no secret that women have been suffering from a lot of the same issues for the last few decades: hormonal changes, menopause, cancer, heart disease, and obesity. We’ve also been eating too much, as evidenced by our weight and cancer rates.

It doesn’t take a genius to understand that if we don’t get our weight down, if we don’t take better care of ourselves, we will be more at risk for these problems.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
