When it comes to health, one thing that’s been proven true for more than a century is that we can’t change what we don’t know. There’s a reason we’ve been told our bodies are made of clay, the same way that our cells are made of water, and that we are literally made of atoms.

Sure, science can explain how and why our bodies work the way they do, but they cannot explain why that is. We still don’t know why we are alive, or why we are anything we are. At least most of us don’t, but I’m pretty sure we’ve all started to believe that we’re just made from atoms.

We all know the feeling of a headache coming on, just like a bad flu, or something, but the fact is that most of us dont even know what a headache is, or how it happens. Ill admit that Ive felt some bad headaches in my life, but the part that makes them a problem is the fact that they come and go in no time. We all have an inner clock that tells us time is ticking and we have to keep our internal body clock in synch.

We all have our internal body clocks, but the way we use them to function and our bodies are wired differently. A migraine headache is a bad one because it lasts longer than 1 minute and lasts for 5 minutes or so. But if we all started to use our internal clocks the way we do we would all be in a constant state of stress and pain, and that would be a pretty bad thing.
