Many of us are trying to become healthier and stronger, and these channels can be a great place to help you do that. The channels are very broad, covering everything from weight loss, to nutrition, to exercise, to meditation, and more.

This channel is a little more nuanced. We’ve probably covered most of the content in this blog post, but I wanted to make this short and sweet, because it’s about some of the things I’ve learned from these channels.

I would highly recommend going to one of these channels if you want to get healthier. The advice (or lack of it) will be very specific, and the channels tend to be very supportive. I have found that these channels are very helpful for people of all ages and backgrounds.

When we watch the addiction recovery channel, the problem is that we don’t see the same people we see in the drug/alcohol recovery channel, so we don’t really know how the players really dealt with addiction. The same is true for health channels.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
