ear health and health are two of the most talked about topics in the world. It was love at first listening, and then a sense of familiarity with the sounds from other people’s ears. Unfortunately, I got to thinking about what all I had just done by way of listening to 20 different AB changes in one day! Now, I grab an ear plug and try to do something healthy.

The world is filled with a variety of ear problems. Read this article and learn the basics of how to improve your ears and avoid further damage.
