I just started reading the book “Why We Get Fat” by Dr. David Katz. There is a section where he talks about how the way we think about our bodies is connected to our health. I think this ties into my point about how we should always try to put ourselves first.

Just like all of the other blogs that I’ve read this week, I’ve been reading a lot of Dr. Katz’s book. I really think that our thoughts and actions are our own. So if our thoughts and actions are not working for our health, then that’s our problem. I think this is why I started doing the csuf health portal.

I would have never imagined a life like this would be a part of the game.

I am the type of person who will organize my entire home (including closets) based on what I need for vacation. Making sure that all vital supplies are in one place, even if it means putting them into a carry-on and checking out early from work so as not to miss any flights!
