It’s been said that a smile is the best face-lift. And, I can attest to this fact. I’ve always had a strong affinity for people who are genuine and kindhearted. When you see somebody with an A-dactyl smile (that means it reaches their eyes), they’re so endearing. It doesn’t matter if they are young or old, rich or poor; when someone has a cheerful disposition, it lights up my day.

The sentimentality of Spring is sweeping me away, and I am finding myself on a cloud nine. It’s time to make some changes in my life that will have an astounding effect on the way I feel about it! Life is too short not to be happy with every single moment. And so, here are my five tips for how you can embrace your inner A-dacty smile this season: Take up something new – One thing that always makes me happy is trying new things like cooking or painting.
