What I really enjoy about this book is the back-to-back between topics. It is so great that I don’t have to pick a book to read between the topics. I can read this book all the time.

The main focus of this book is to explore the self-awareness of your own life and how we view our habits and routines. In this way, you can make sense of any of the other topics in this book.
The book is written with an extremely positive attitude. You will find yourself learning a lot of things because the author is really nice and very willing to explain things to you. He is very knowledgeable about his topic and willing to explain things to people who are interested. A great book to read if you are interested to get more aware of your habits and routines.
My favorite part is when he tells us that by the end of the book we will learn that we are as good a person as we ever were. The reason why is because we are able to get into our own way and get away from our old habits and routines. The author believes that we can make our lives better by getting back into the habit of being honest with ourselves and taking care of our own health. I think he’s right.
The book contains a lot of useful information, but I think the best part to me is when it tells us that we can get to the good part because we’re already on the good side of the hill. That’s not to say that I recommend you read the whole book, I just say it’s a great way to start getting more in touch with your own habits and routines.
