When you step out into the open in the sun for a cool summer afternoon, the body will look just like it did before you were born.

But wearing shoes on your feet will actually increase your chances of developing bunions. It will also make your feet look like they are in constant pain due to the constant rubbing of your shoes against the ground. This kind of pain is the very thing that causes bunions.
